Summit IT Services Acquired By TunaFish Enterprises

Raleigh, NC - Summit IT Service’s President Lee Solomon announced today that effective on July 1st, the company he founded in 1986 has been acquired in an asset sale by TunaFish Enterprises, Inc., owned and operated out of Raleigh, NC by David Turner. The company will con-tinue doing business as Summit IT Services, a leader in the IT staffing and consulting services business here in the Triangle.

“This company has a great reputation and has worked with many of the Triangle regions largest companies such as BB and T, Hill-Rom, SAS, Peopleclick, RJ Reynolds, Lucent Technologies and many more. This is what initially attracted me to them and I am very excited about building on the strong foundation Mr. Solomon has created” said Mr. Turner.

“Mr. Turner has spent his entire career in the technology sector and brings a significant base of contacts as well as a very strong sales and marketing background to the table” , said Solomon. “I am confident that the company is in very capable hands and will continue to provide the high-est level of service that our customers have come to expect”.

Mr. Turner has worked in North Carolina for the last 20 years in executive management roles for such companies as Texas Instruments, Barco International, FormScape and Visara Interna-tional.
